Return process
Hello dear customers,
thank you for your message.
It's a shame that you want to return the product you bought. If you are sure that you want to return the goods, it is imperative that you send us a cancellation notice (by email) IN ADVANCE .
The email with the revocation could be like this_
If there is a problem with the product where we can provide you with assistance or a replacement part, please be patient as we will respond to your email.
We offer two options for the returns process (see below).
Here are the two options for a return:
1.
Would you like to exchange the product you purchased for another product in the online shop? Browse all products HERE .
If the total value of the new exchange product is at least 30 euros, Ina will cover the return costs.If this is an option, please let us know again by email which product you would like to have exchanged. We will send you the return label and send you the new product after receiving the return. The difference will then be offset and refunded (or a link to pay will be sent).

Otherwise, when returning the package, you can send it to the following address, stating the order number :

Return costs are generally borne by the buyer.
As soon as the goods have arrived, you will receive a refund of the product price via the ordering process.
