It is an English word combination of Bicycles and Commence. The B also stands for Bags. Our products are designed for outdoor cycling and city life. The joy factor is elementary.

The idea of ​​sustainability is an integral part of the Bomence brand.


Our intention is to offer environmentally friendly products that do not leave any harmful substances such as PVC or PFC on people or nature. We use textiles made from recycled PET plastic bottles or materials that are durable and can be reused or recycled.

Only 3% of our products are collected due to defects and disposed of professionally and sustainably. In this way, we reduce waste to a minimum.

At the same time, we are ecological and fair. That means from the idea of ​​a product to the delivery of the product to the customer and beyond, we find solutions to promote more sustainable management. Be it the use of materials, packaging, the choice of transport and the organization of the business:

Yes, shipping our products within Germany is free of charge.


In addition, shipping to other EU countries is between 4.99 euros and 20.00 euros, depending on the product and product size. The exact shipping costs for the respective countries outside of Germany can be seen before the payment confirmation.



For shipments outside the EU, the buyer may be subject to customs duties and Import sales tax to the local authorities or logistics companies.

The best way to wash is to take a wash/scrub brush and scrub the pannier with warm water and soap, or alternatively use a washcloth and wipe. Machine washing is not recommended.

The pannier bags from Bomence are 100% waterproof thanks to a sealed TPU and PU coating. The backpacks with double PU coating are highly water-repellent. They keep short-term rain (approx. 30 minutes) and heavy rain off. But unlike the TPU coating, constant contact with water can penetrate moisture here.

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible. Our bicycle bags are stored in Germany and can usually be delivered within 2-4 days after receipt of the order.


Some accessories are stored in EU warehouses as well as in China. Here the products are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks.


After the ordering process, we will send you an e-mail with tracking data for the product as soon as it is in transit. You will receive this shipping confirmation 1-2 working days after your purchase. You can track your delivery with the tracking number.

Our panniers can be stored upright without tipping over. You can leave them near your bike or in the basement/storage room and fill them with bike accessories such as a pump, repair kit or outdoor equipment such as a sleeping bag, inflatable sleeping mat, etc. Otherwise, it can also be stowed away empty, hanging or lying flat in the cupboard. In order to continue to treat the shape and the material gently, it is advisable not to kink or fold the bags. In addition, the bags should not be exposed to direct sunlight or excessive heat, as the color and shape could change.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we also grant you the option of returning the purchased product for a further 16 days. You should have submitted a request for a return or exchange within this period of 30 days. You then have 14 days (for returns within Germany) to send the product back (to Germany).

For foreign countries, there is a period of 30 days after the return request has been received. Simply send an email with your address and reason to service@bomence.de or send a request to Send contact form.
Once the product has arrived and the product shows an unused condition, we will refund 100% of the purchase price. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
